SBICAP Trustee Co, a wholly-owned subsidiary of investment bank SBI Capital Markets, which has the physical possession of Kingfisher House, has decided to sell the asset at a reserve price of Rs 150 crore.

The reserve price for the asset shall be Rs 150 crore, below which the property will not be sold. Ten per cent of the reserve price, i.e. Rs 15 crore, shall be the earnest money deposit, SBI Caps, a unit of government-owned State Bank of India said in a public notice.

The Kingfisher House is located in Andheri, Mumbai, near the domestic airport and has an area admeasuring 1586.24 square meters (built up) and the auction will include the buildings, the structures thereon, all furnitures and fixtures, plant and machinery.
