Owing to deficiency in product range, especially in high voltage transformers, the company was on look out for tie-up with parties to develop high voltage transformers. The collaboration will strengthen the product portfolio to enable manufcture transformers for high-end applications in power segment, he added. To enhance capacity, the company intends to invest Rs 20 crore in the first phase establishing a new facility at its manufacturing unit in Haridwar, and also set up a larger facility in Pune within next two years.
