Bharat Business Channel, a direct-to-home TV arm of Videocon Industries, has finally secured the clearance from the market regulator Sebi, for its initial public offer to raise Rs 700 crore from the primary capital market.
It may be noted that the Videocon group company had filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI in December last year for the proposed public offer.
