RJD MP Manoj Kumar Jha told news agency ANI, "We are with the hopes and expectations of Bihar. The State is heading towards a change. Everything will be clear after noon. Change, under the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav and Mahagathbandhan."

He further says, "I believe Exit Polls are a game of capital, a game of market, a game of 'Shehen-Shah'. We do not play that game."

EC says elaborate arrangements in place, asks media to rely only on official results

Elaborate arrangements are in place across all 243 constituencies of Bihar for counting of votes on November 14, the Election Commission said on Thursday.

Counting will be conducted by 243 returning officers (ROs) in the presence of 243 counting observers and the candidates or their agents.
