While addressing a rally in Patna, Rahul Gandhi attacked the Agniveer Scheme. This scheme was brought in by the Narendra Modi government in 2022. Gandhi took to the stage and proclaimed, "This is Narendra Modi's scheme, we don't want two types of 'Jawans', we don't want two types of martyrs. Every soldier will be treated equally. We don't want a country where the rich are given all facilities and the poor are made Agniveers. We will revoke the Agniveer scheme."
On Monday, Rahul Gandhi claimed that if he comes back to power, he will will deposit Rs 8,500 to every woman's account each month. He further said, "Crores of Indians will wake up in the morning and will see their bank account credited with a monthly amount of Rs 8,500. This is a revolutionary work. No other government in the world has ever taken such an initiative. Rs 1 lakh will be credited to a woman's account in each family for a year. This money will be sent to those families till the time they are below the poverty line."

While speaking to the press in Odisha, Assam Chief Minister slammed Rahul Gandhi for his remarks on Agniveer Scheme.
"The youth of our country like schemes like Agniveer, and that is why lakhs of people are coming for interviews to become Agniveer. The people of the country are not going to give a chance to Rahul Gandhi."
He further said that Rahul Gandhi is a 'desh-drohi' for making remarks against the Army which will ultimately 'demoralise' them.
While addressing an election rally in Kolkata, Mamata Banerjee said that she was invited for a meeting by I.N.D.I.A. bloc on June 1. However, due to the havoc caused by Cyclone Remal she chose to stay behind.
"The I.N.D.I.A. team is holding a meeting on June 1. I have told them I can't join as we have election on 10 seats in West Bengal on the same day. Punjab, Bihar & UP also have elections on June 1.
"On one side is the cyclone, and on the other side, it is elections - I have to do everything. Cyclone relief is my priority right now."

At a press conference in Bathinda along with Bhagwant Mann. Arvind Kejriwal said, "Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited Ludhiana yesterday, where he abused the people of Punjab, and threatened them that he will topple the elected government here and remove the CM."
He further said that no home minister in the history of our nation has used such language.
Kejriwal then went on to ask the BJP regarding their plan of toppling the hitherto Punjab government. "Out of the 117-member House, the AAP has 92 MLAs, while they (BJP) have just three legislators. How are they planning to topple the Punjab government? Will they send ED and CBI to scare the people of Punjab or are you planning to implement President's rule here?"
