The couple got engaged in January and will marry on April 30 in a private ceremony. The details are under wraps but it is likely to take place at Kalki's maternal home in Ooty.
"Yes I am getting married to Kalki. It will be a private ceremony," Kashyap told PTI.
It will be the second time around for the 'Dev D' director, who was earlier married to film editor Aarti Bajaj. They have a daughter Aaliya.
The 38-year-old director met Kalki, 28, who is of French descent, on the sets of her debut movie 'Dev D'. She is also starring in his next production 'Shaitan' and 'That Girl In Yellow Boots'.
