Kardashian scored 29 per cent of the readers' vote - two per cent more than Sheen. Lindsay Lohan and Donald Trump also made it to the list.
In other related surveys conducted by the magazine, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon landed on top of the craziest baby names list after giving their twins the monikers Monroe and Moroccan and actress Emma Watson was named the most likely to succeed from Harry Potter.
