Joshi, who penned songs for movies such as 'Delhi-6', 'Tare Zamin Par', 'Rang De Basanti', 'Hum Tum' and 'Fana', was given the award and a citation by ONGC Director A K Balyan here.
Joshi thanked ONGC for the award and said he will continue to pen good lyrics for Hindi movies.
