Even though he was unwell, the actor appeared in his full attitude and removed the jacket in style as he reached the head of the ramp late last night. "I am not well and I have a severe headache," said the 43-year-old star, who was there to support the cause of his own NGO 'Being Human' despite suffering from flu.

Dressed in a black suit, the actor walked down the ramp twice, once for Ashish Soni's collection inspired by the chase sequence in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer 'Don' and again for designer-duo Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna's 'Hypernature'.

"Salman is a very close friend, I understand his sensibility and style of clothing. I have worked with him in the past for Mayur Suitings and I know what he likes to wear," said designer Ashish Soni.

Justifying their choice of Salman as the showstopper, Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna said, "Why not Salman? He is contemporary and smart. He looked like a professional model on the ramp." Also present at the finale were director Madhur Bhandarkar and model turned actor Mugdha Godse.
