“Show cause notices are being issued to the companies recommended for blacklisting by the CBI,” Defence Minister A K Antony said in the Lok Sabha on Monday. These companies were investigated following their alleged link with Sudipto Ghosh, the tainted former director general of Ordnance Factories Board who was arrested by the CBI for demanding bribe. The companies under scanner are Israeli Military Industries, Singapore Technology, HYT Engg in Pune, TS Kissan and Co in Delhi, RK Machine Tools in Ludhiana, BBT in Poland and Media Architects in Singapore.
