Interacting with Congress workers at KPCC Office in Bangalore, Union Minorities Welfare Minister Salman Khurshid said the Centre has already embarked on the implementation of the development plan for 90 minority concentrated districts at a  cost of Rs 3,700 crore. The government will also provide Rs 50 lakh scholarships to minority students. Three new universities will be set up with 50 per cent of the seats reserved for minority students.
