BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu, widely speculated by media that he would try to rope in former ally Chandrababu Naidu into the NDA, arrived in Hyderabad saying his party will talk to others only after the evening of May 16 when Lok Sabha election results would be out.

"Any party which is willing to support Advani as Prime Minister, any party which is willing to work with the NDA is welcome. This is the general stand and there are a number of people who are inclined towards us.

"But I don't want to name any party, any leader and won't talk to anybody till the elections are over," Venkaiah Naidu told reporters, expressing confidence that BJP and its allies would emerge as the single-largest group.

Venkiah Naidu said as far as BJP was concerned it would talk to others only after the evening of May 16. "I am not not suggesting any party or name.....Till then what is appearing in the media is speculation and you are free to do it."

Meanwhile, addressing his party candidates, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, who the BJP hopes will switch to the NDA in case of need, spoke of the Third Front coming to power at the Centre after the elections.

He did not not refer to the media speculation about his party against the backdrop of TRS, led by K Chandrasekhar Rao appearing on the NDA stage on Sunday after fighting elections in Andhra Pradesh as part of the Grand Alliance.

Backing Advani as Prime Minister, Rao had said at the NDA rally that he would rope in more allies for the BJP-led front.

Asserting that neither the BJP nor the Congress would come to power, Chandrababu Naidu said the Third Front was in intact.

"The Left parties, AIADMK, BSP, BJD and JD(S) are all in touch. We shall meet once again after the results are out and decide on the formation of the government," he said.
