Two blasts that took place in last eight hours in Udhampur of Jammu and Kashmir have certain similarity, informed Jammu Additional Director General of Police Mukesh Singh on September 29. “Two IED blasts have taken place; one at 10:30 pm last night and the other one at 6 am, both in an empty bus. Both blasts have a certain similarity. It is likely that they are sticky bombs, but we cannot say that for sure,” said Mukesh Singh.
