Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday questioned the government over Rs 200 crore being set aside for assistance to Afghanistan, asking if it was correct to give funds to the Taliban-ruled country by "slashing" Budgetary allocation for education, health and Delhi.
Kejriwal also advised the government not to "meddle" in others' work while sharing a news report over differences between the Centre and the Supreme Court over the appointment of judges.

A man murdered his wife before committing suicide by hanging himself at Ravi village in Banaskantha district in North Gujarat, the police said on Saturday.
According to a complaint filed by the deceased's person's son Bhavesh Bharathri, "I was working in the field on Friday when my father, for unknown reasons, attacked my mother Manjulaben. On reaching home, I found my mother lying in a blood pool. I rushed her to the hospital, where the doctor declared her dead. My wife told me that my father Shankarbhai Bharathri had attacked my mother with a sharp-edged weapon. After attacking her, he fled away."
Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday asked the Centre for a grant of Rs 927 crore to take up special development work for the G20 summit in the national capital.
In a letter to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Sisodia said it will not be easy for the Delhi government to spend an extra Rs 927 crore from its limited resources for the G20 summit preparations.
Sisodia, who also holds the finance portfolio, said the Delhi government will extend full cooperation to the Centre for successfully hosting the G20 summit.
Four women died in a stampede at Vaniyambadi in Tamil Nadu where a private organisation was distributing free sarees as part of the Thaipooyam festival celebrations.
Police said that around 1,000 women reached the place where the saris were being distributed. An stampede ensued leading to many women getting injured. Several women were admitted to a hospital in Vaniyambadi Taluk and four of them, who were serious, died in the hospital.

India, France and the United Arab Emirates on Saturday unveiled an ambitious roadmap for cooperation in a plethora of areas including defence, energy and technology under a trilateral framework, a move that comes amid the geopolitical turmoil triggered by the conflict in Ukraine.
The plan was finalised during a phone conversation among External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, his French counterpart Catherine Colonna and UAE's Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday lauded the decision by Eastern Nagaland Peoples Organisation (ENPO) to withdraw its assembly election boycott call, saying it is an expression of trust in the Modi government.
