Woman, daughter go missing in Karnataka's Tungabhadra river 

Police are searching for the bodies of a woman and her daughter who went missingin the Tungabhadra River behind Raghavendra Mutt.

According to police, fishermen saw the bodies of a woman and a girl floating in the river at around 3:30 pm. Based on this information, police searched for the bodies till night but the search proved to be unsuccessful.
