A 13-year-old minor girl was gang-raped by two persons in a village on outskirts of Patna, an official said on Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Sunday night when the girl, along with her mother had went to attend a marriage function Mahadev Asthan mandir in the village under Dhanarua police station.

In a shocking incident, a woman tried to kill her recently married lover by pouring boiling water on him, causing him to sustain around 50 per cent burn injuries. The victim, Vijay Shankar Bheema Shankar Arya, known as Vijay Kumar, is a 30-year-oldresident of Yarandahalli in Bommasandra. He is currently undergoing treatment at Victoria Hospital's burns ward.
The suspect, identified as Jyoti Doddamani from MD Block, Chamarajpet, hails from the same hometown of Afzalpur in the Kalaburagi district.

Karnataka: A two-seater training aircraft, reportedly belonging to Redbird Aviation, made an emergency landing near Sambra airport in Belagavi. Nine people were injured Monday evening when gunfire erupted along a beach boardwalk in Hollywood, Florida, sending people frantically running for cover along the crowded beach on Memorial Day.
The nine victims included six adults and three children, according to Yanet Obarrio Sanchez, a spokesperson for Memorial Healthcare System. All of the victims were in stable condition, she said.
