While four men who were taking the consignment in a government ambulance were arrested on Friday night, the police were on the lookout for Congress leader and former zilla parishad president Bandopant Mallelwar and medical officer Dr Ravindra Karpe. Acting on a tip-off, the police stopped an ambulance belonging to Porla primary health care centre near Tadgaon in Bhamragad tehsil, said SP Suvez Haque.
