The article in with the headline “The House Of Bhushan’’ was written by Vijay Simha, and it deals with former Union law minister Shanti Bhushan, his son Prashant Bhushan and their pursuit to force judicial accountability in India. However, Justice Kapadia requested the Supreme Court to recuse him from the bench, which would be hearing the contempt application against Prashant Bhushan.

After the Supreme Court’s hearing on Friday, Harish Salve told reporters, outside the court room, that he would file an application for initiation of contempt proceedings against Prashant Bhushan.
