"Nussli has entirely fulfilled all contractual obligations towards the OC (Organising Committee), in accordance to the conditions of the contract and the instructions of the OC," the firm said in a statement.
"Long time ago the works were successfully decommissioned, all sites returned in good condition to their owners and all temporarily imported goods re-exported as planned," it said.
The company said the OC - throughout the contract period until today - "has never communicated any dissatisfaction or non-performance to Nussli, still the OC holds back more than 50 per cent of the contract sum due to Nussli as well as guarantees which should have been given back to Nussli in accordance to the contract."
Nussli said it had not been accused of any wrong doing and had fully cooperated with various bodies since the beginning of the investigations.
"Before, during and after the Games, Nussli had to work under difficult and extreme conditions but still handed over all works on time and as instructed," it said.
It said the firm had specifically come to Delhi to deliver a professional service for the 2010 Commonwealth Games but is "heavily disappointed to experience the lack of responsiveness and responsibility."
It clarified that Sandeep Wadhwa, who is now under arrest, is not Managing Director of Nussli.
"Wadhwa is Managing Director and owner of the Indian company Comfortnet Trading India Pvt. That is a subcontractor to Nussli (Switzerland) Ltd - Project Office India, who is the contract party to the OC for the delivery of overlay works.
"The Nussli-Comfortnet Consortium was founded for the supply of grandstands at Siri Fort, which is another contract with the DDA as the contract party. The consortium was not involved in the overlay project and Nussli does not run a Switzerland-based Nussli India consortium for the execution of the overlay projects," the statement said.
The existence of an Indian partnership for foreign overlay contractors was a pre-requisite for the tender, it said adding the tendering and the bidding procedure have been transparent. "Nussli has fully adhered to it and has at no time tried to illegally influence the procedure."
Wadhwa was arrested by the CBI on March 7 in connection with the overlays scam.
The CBI action on Wadhwa came after the agency claimed to have got some evidence against Nussli India which was given contract of nearly Rs 140 crore for supplying tents, portable cabins, containers and other items for six venues.
