In his suicide note, he wrote, "Sorry mummy, aapka itni bar dil toda, ab last bar todunga. School ki teachers ab hai hi aise, kya bolu." The note claims that the 16-year old boy had accused his teachers of harassing him in the school, which ultimately made him take this step.

His father, on the other hand, filed a case against three teachers as well as the school's principal.

As per the FIR filed by his father, the boy left for the school at the usual time in the morning. The man then received a call around 2:45pm about his son lying injured near the Rajendra Place Metro Station in Central Delhi. Asking the caller to take him to the BL Kapoor Hospital, the father along with his family members reached there, where the doctors told them that he died.

Moreover, his father also blamed the teachers and the Principal of harassing his son in the school. He added that his son's friends had told him that one of the teachers was threatening him for the last few days that he'd be thrown out of the school along with a transfer certificate.

The man further said that his son used to complain to his mother about mental harassment in the school by the teachers. Upon complaining, no such action was taken from the school authority.

Besides, the suicide note found in the boy's bag stated, "whoever gets the letter, please call on this number and I am sorry for whatever I did, but I had no choice because of what had happened at school."

He also asked to donate his organs, if they in a 'condition to work', in the suicide note. "If any of my body works or is in condition to work kindly donate it to someone who really needs it," he wrote.

Furthermore, the boy also apologised to his elder brother in the note, who is 20-year-old, for being rude to him. He also thanked his father for not being able to be a good man, and thanked his mother for supporting him always.
