A fire department official said: "We received a call at around 11:45 a.m. about a fire in the Drum-Shaped Building at ITO."
"We have rescued seven people till now," the official added. "Seventeen-eighteen fire tenders have been pressed into service," he said. The building is known to house many government offices.
