“I am thankful for the recognition which is an assurance that what you have done is okay. If you do more work, then it is better but an artiste’s work needs to be shared with the public,” said Gulzar who was felicitated by Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit at the opening ceremony here.
The poet-lyricist, Gulzar, who was accosted on stage by film director Vishal Bharadwaj and his singer wife Rekha, said his career till now had been a beautiful journey.
