Three of the close associates of Patel quota stir leader Hardik Patel on Thursday submitted a written undertaking before the local sessions court that they would not repeat their offences, if let out on bail.
Ketan Patel, Dinesh Bhamaniya and Chirag Patel, one-time closest aides of convenor of Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti, in an undertaking stated that they will not repeat the offences or commit any other offence or involve themselves in any unlawful activities that would impact the law and order situation or public at large over and above any other condition set by the court for their release.
The trio have been booked under the charges of sedition, treason and conspiracy in October last. Their lawyer had in the court earlier stated that it was the principal accused Hardik who had delivered all the addresses.
