Students of Morarji Desai School at Narasimharajapura were admitted to the government hospital for treatment as they fell ill after consuming half baked food.

The students were sent to their school back after undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Government hospital doctor Dr Balkrishna informed that students were pushed to problem owing to the consumption of improper food and water.

Speaking to Deccan Herald, students said that they consumed ‘half baked’ food on Sunday night. Their stomach was upset after having food, which made them to suffer whole night.

“We were admitted to the hospital only in the morning. Hostel is not treating us well. Milk they provide to 241 children here tastes very bad. Toilet facilities are also improper in the hostel and the warden forces to have food early at night. They have not yet provided us the uniform, they won’t clean the water tank,” complained the students.

When contacted MLA D N Jeevaraj, he said that incident has been brought to his notice and he will take action against those who are responsible for the problem.
