The students had been to their native places during holidays. The incident took place when they were returning to the school in the auto.
The vehicle hit a bike near Basthimat and tuned turtle. The bike rider Ponnu Obalappa, a veterinary assistant, was also injured.
The students were taken to the local government hospital. Police have registered a case against the auto driver Pramod.
