The District Special Lokayukta Court here on Friday, posted hearing of the anticipatory bail plea hearing of Deputy Chief Minister K S Eshwarappa and two family members on December 27.
The three have been accused of amassing assets disproportionate to their known sources of income.
The hearing was deferred after the complainant, Vinod, sought time to file his objections to the anticipatory bail application.
A case has been registered against Eshwarappa and his kin under Section 13(1) (d) (e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 120(B) and 420 of IPC.
The court has directed the Lokayukta police to submit a report by February 4, 2013.
