'The fellowship is tenable for three years with an emolument of Rs 12,000 per month for the first two years and Rs 14,000 for the third year.

The applicant should have a first class Masters degree in Materials Science/ Physics (preferably with a specialisation in Solid State Physics)/Engineering with a consistently good academic background.

The work involves setting up and maintenance of RF sputtering unit.
