The arrested men were Mohammad Khaleel (40) of Hosaguddadahalli and Tanvir (25) of Chamarajpet. The duo stole vehicles from Tilak Nagar, Sanjaynagar, Chennammanakere Achukattu and Tyagarajnagar, according to police. Khaleel was arrested in 2009 in a similar case. He came out of the jail in January this year and resumed stealing vehicles.
