Bengaluru: A 45-year-old tailor died after a fatal collision with a private bus on Sunday. The incident occurred around 7.50 pm at the Sarakki signal on Kanakapura Road.
The bus reportedly ran over the man's head, causing severe injuries. The bus driver has been detained, and his vehicle has been seized.
A case has been registered at the Kumaraswamy Layout Traffic Police Station, and an investigation is ongoing.
The victim, Shankar, a resident of Bommanahalli, is survived by his wife and two children.
