Sindhu Loknath is on cloud nine. After all, she has bagged an important role in Yograj Bhat’s new directorial ‘Drama’.

Before leaving for Mysore to start the shoot, the actress caught up with Metrolife and shared the good news. “I have worked in Yograj sir’s production ‘Lifu Ishtene’ and now I have got the opportunity to work in his directorial venture. It’s a big deal for me. I am looking forward to working with him,” she says.

While she is tight-lipped about the project, Sindhu does reveal that she is playing a deaf and dumb girl in the movie. “I won’t have any lines to remember. Nevertheless, it’s going to be challenging as I have to convey everything with just my actions. The film will give me a platform to showcase my talent in a different way,” she says.

Sindhu, who first entered the industry with Parichaya, made an impact with her performance in Pawan Kumar’s Lifu Ishtene where she played Nandini, a simple and sensible girl. She is also looking forward to the release of Nan Lifealli, a production by Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar, that also stars Anish.
