The Bangalore Development Authority has extended the time to make the payments for the sites allotted to the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout in the second phase.
In a Bangalore Development Authority board meeting on December 15, it was decided and a provision was made to increase the time duration by another 30 days, which will be interest-free, an official release stated.
The time has been extended to make the payment for the sites allotted to the allottees for this layout only.
Now, all the allottees can make their site payments within 120 days, from the date of receiving the allotment letter, it said.
