The committee found that the assistant revenue officer of the zonal office was delaying issue of khata certificates and transfer of khata as he was not paid bribes.
The engineers were found delaying certifying building plans. Applicants told committee chairperson Lakshmikanth Reddy that officers demanded bribe to get the work done.
The applicants identified tax inspector Karthik, revenue inspector Srinivas and assistant revenue officer Vairamudi as “corrupt”.
