Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) officials have lodged a complaint against a group of unidentified miscreants for putting up flexes of actor Dhruva Sarja on K R Road in Shastri Nagar in Banashankari. The authorities have also issued a notice to the actor seeking an explanation.

According to the police, BBMP official, Tharanath, has lodged a complaint alleging that a group of people had erected flex hoardings of Sarja on his birthday at ward No 167. More than four huge flexes, as tall as 20 feet, were tied along the main road. These hoardings have caused inconvenience to movement of traffic and pedestrians apart from being an eyesore.

Meanwhile, Sarja said that he was informed that his fans had put flex hoardings in the area and when the civic authorities issued a notice, they were immediately removed. “I do not know how that has become a police case now,” he said.
