Speaking at a discussion on citizens-police co-ordination seminar organised by the Karnataka Rakshana Vedike, the home minister said, efforts will be made to ensure that the criminals will not gain the upper hand.
He said that help from a vigilant civil society to the police will go a long way to curb growth of terror activities in the country.
