Former prime minister Manmohan Singh will address the students of Bengaluru Dr B R Ambedkar School of Economics (BBRASE) at Ambedkar Bhavan on October 4.

Reserve Bank of India’s former governor C Rangarajan will also address students on the same day.

Higher Education Minister Basavaraj Rayareddy chaired a preparatory meeting with senior officers on Tuesday in this regard.

The government wanted to start BBRASE classes with the first lecture by Manmohan Singh. However, it did not happen due to non-availability of Singh. First batch classes of BBRASE commenced on August 8.
