As many as 115 children were found to have visual problem, 17 with corneal problem, 6 with squint, 5 with retinal, 18 with eye lid problems and 4 with cataract. In all 65 children received spectacles and 32 were called for surgery and rehabilitation. The initiative commemorates the hospital’s 25th anniversary. So far the project has benefitted 4,647 children under 15 years.
