Parents of Saravana and Ashwini, who were killed in the building collapse at Gundappa Layout in Ejipura, on Friday clashed at Victoria Hospital over Rs 15 lakh compensation announced by the BBMP to the next of kin of the couple.

The couple's daughter Sanjana, who had suffered 60% burns, died on Thursday. The post-mortem was conducted on Friday and the body was handed over to her relatives.

The BBMP had asked the relatives to file an affidavit to claim the compensation of Rs 15 lakh.
