Girinagar police have registered an FIR against City Mayor Venkatesh Murthy's brother Ramesh and son Karthik for trespassing and issuing life threat to a man.
The complainant, C Narendra Babu, has claimed in his complaint that Ramesh and Karthik trespassed into the site numbers 3001 and 3031 of VBHCS Layout, Banashankari 3rd stage, of which he was in-charge, and demolished the compound wall, causing a loss of about Rs 50,000.
He has also alleged that the two threatened him with dire consequences if he did not vacate the property immediately.
