Former mayor K H N Simha passed away on Thursday morning due to a cardiac arrest. He is survived by his wife Sarojadevi, three sons and two daughters. Simha was the mayor in 1998-99. During his tenure, the Sirsi Circle to the Town Hall flyover and underpass was constructed.
