The accused are Ravi (29) of Sunkadakatte, Ramesh (20) of Laggere, C Ravi (21) of Hegganahalli and Ningaraju (19) of Kamalanagar. The accused had damaged vehicles parked on the second main road in Rajiv Gandhinagar with lethal weapons.
They had barged into a few shops and ransacked them besides damaging a Kannada Sene office. They had carried out such acts in order to create a sense of fear and insecurity among residents, added the police.
