Organised by IBS Bangalore, the theme was ‘Yoga of Management’ and the fest had more than nine different events such as finance, marketing, business quiz, business plan, operations, HR, IT, best manager and samskrita, the cultural events.
The students got a chance to showcase their talent at the cultural fest that had various events such as dance, music and acting. Nritya Shastra, the dance competition had the students come up with different kinds of performances and dances as well. In ‘Dishati,’ the street play, student did well to explore different themes and portray them in a simple form. ‘Nakshatra’, the fashion show had the students walk the ramp in the latest in fashion. This was followed by ‘Vaadya’, a music band that performed at RMS International School.
The fest gave the students an opportunity to put the theoretical knowledge to practical use. The winners included the Christ University in the ‘The Business Plan Vertical’ and finance vertical. The Indus Business Academy in the IT vertical. Christ won again in the operations vertical. Marketing and business was bagged by Kristu Jayanti College.
IIBS College stood first in dance and street play. IIPM walked away with top place in fashion competition. A band called ‘Kuritsu’ won in the band competition. The International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS) was declared the overall winners in management as well cultural fest.
