R K Badigannavara, Deputy Director, City Central Library (North Division), Bangalore has been selected for Granthapalaka award 2009-10. The Department of Library presents this award annually to those who contribute to the field of Library Science.
The award will be presented on the occasion of Librarians’ Day programme to be held at Granthangana, City Central Library in Hampi Nagar on Wednesday. Badigannavara has been serving in the department since 1979.
