A wide range of products are on display and they include bronze icons, wood carvings, brass lamps, Tanjore art plate, Tanjore paintings, clay, terracotta, stone, rosewood furniture Kashmir wooden articles, jute products, sea shells, flooring carpets and fashion jewellery.
Other highlights include Jaipur paintings, leather articles, agarbathies, Madurai and Varanasi sarees, Lucknow Chikan sarees, Rajasthani bedspreads and much more.
The Poompuhar functions with the objective of protecting ancient crafts and to improve the standards of life of craftsmen by marketing their products through 18 of their showrooms.
