The High Court adjourned the hearing of interlocutory application (IA) filed by senior IAS officer Kapil Mohan and his wife Dr Richa Saxena seeking stay on the investigation into the disproportionate assets case registered against them by the Lokayukta police.
Justice Rathnakala adjourned the hearing to December 16 after the counsels appearing for Kapil Mohan and Dr Richa moved a Interlocutory Application (IA) seeking interim stay on investigation.
The counsel for the IAS officer and his wife sought an immediate interim stay on the probe.
The Special Public Prosecutor for Lokayukta police Venkatesh P Dalwai opposed to grant interim stay without hearing objections.
