Hearing of Shubha appeal adjourned to Aug 18
Division Bench comprising Justice Shridhar Rao and Justice B V Pinto adjourned the hearing after Special Public Prosecutor H S Chandramouli sought some more time to file objections.
On July 14, Shubha and three accused in the case, Arun Verma (her boyfriend), Venkatesh and Anand were sentenced to life imprisonment by the 17th Fast Track Court for conspiring to kill B V Girish, a software engineer to whom Shubha was engaged, seven years ago.
