Revivalist couture jeweller Roopa Vohra will be holding an exhibition of her Fine Jewellery Collection at Taj West End, Board Room, Race Course Road on April 3 and 4, 11 am.

Roopa has thrown in a dash of royalty to her new collection. Drawing inspiration from the rich past of our cultural heritage, she is showcasing some of the most exquisite collection in jewellery, including dying art forms such as ‘Thewa’, ‘Naqaashi’, etc. Her latest collection is characterised by an unorthodox use of  uncut diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires and South sea pearls.

The new collection is inspired by 400-year-old Mughal art forms, combining historical and art influences. Each piece of jewellery depicts the story of inheritance of Indian traditions and culture, in a very contemporary style.
