The objective of the workshop was to bring awareness among rice mill owners about the problems of pollution and possible solutions for avoiding the pollution.
The programme was attended by 126 participants involving rice mill owners and their association. Speakers included experts and scientists in the field of rice mill processing technology, occupational health and pollution control.
