Harish K, (27), a resident of Iglur, was found murdered inside a room of Chetana Guesthouse at Bommasandra on Tuesday.
The room boys broke the door open after a foul emanated from inside. The body was highly decomposed. Harish and his elder brother Mohan, 30, natives of Besthamaranahalli in Attibele, had booked the room on Feb 4.
Mohan left the room on Feb 7, locking the door from outside and is missing since. Police suspect his involvement. It was not known why the brothers were staying in lodge.Cook dies in accident
Mallikarjuna, 50, a cook, died after his motorcycle crashed onto a road median on Kalkere Main Road on Monday. A resident of Koudenhalli, he was reportedly speeding. He lost control over the vehicle and sustained head injuries. He was rushed to a private hospital where he died. K R Puram traffic police have registered a case.
