A motorcyclist was killed when a truck rammed his bike in KR Puram traffic police limits, Sunday morning.
Police said the accident occurred when Ramachandra Babu, 21, was riding a bike to his hometown, Bangarpet.
A speeding truck came from the opposite direction on a one-way road near Mahadevapura Ring Road and hit the bike. Passersby shifted Babu to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. The truck driver fled the spot, abandoning the vehicle.
