A 26-year-old pregnant woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in KG Halli on Saturday night.
Priya had married Shivananda, a BJP worker, three years ago and the couple were living on the second floor of a house in KG Halli. Priya was found dead on the stairs of her house. The police suspect that she could have died after an accidental fall. Sivananda has told the police that she could have fallen due to giddiness when she went out to dry clothes.
Priya's parents have a good opinion about their son-in-law, the police said.
The KG Halli police have registered a case of unnatural death.
